Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SiteTuners Tools (“we”, “us”) is operated by SiteTuners, LLC. We provide a workspace for organizing B2B contacts, tracking your outreach, and staying on top of follow-ups.

2. What we collect from you (the account owner)

• Account info: name, email address, and the password hash created during signup via Better Auth.
• Workspace metadata: organization name, optional white-label logo, team-member roles, billing plan.
• Integration credentials: your optional HubSpot token (stored AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest) and the API keys you generate (stored hashed — we never keep the plaintext).
• The activity you log in the app: timestamps, activity types, and any notes you attach, so you can audit your own outreach.

3. What we collect about your leads

When you add contacts — by uploading your own LinkedIn connections export (CSV) — we store the contact information from that file: name, title, company, location, and profile URL, plus any notes and activity you log.

We do not buy or sell contact data. Records are scoped to your workspace and never visible to other workspaces.

4. How LinkedIn is involved

SiteTuners Tools does not connect to LinkedIn and never accesses it on your behalf. You use LinkedIn yourself, in your own browser. The only data that enters SiteTuners Tools is the data you bring in (your own connections export) and what you choose to log in the app.

5. Sub-processors

We use a small number of carefully selected vendors:

• Railway (US): hosting and Postgres database
• Anthropic (US): AI drafting (Claude)
• Resend (US): transactional email
• Stripe (US): billing (only if you subscribe)

6. Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete any lead in your pipeline at any time through the app or via our REST API. To delete your entire workspace, email hello@sitetuners.com from the address tied to the workspace owner; we will erase your records within 14 days.

If you are an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data under GDPR. EU customers can sign a Data Processing Addendum on request.

7. Retention

We keep lead and message data for the lifetime of your subscription. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Backups are rolled up monthly and discarded after 90 days. Deleted leads are removed from active storage immediately and purged from backups within 90 days.
